Anshu Shukla is an accomplished design leader with nearly 25 years of experience in real estate, specialising in residential, commercial, and premium housing projects. A Bachelor of Architecture from Mumbai University and a Postgraduate in Construction Management from NICMAR, she has driven impactful design strategies that balance creativity, cost-efficiency, and execution. Known for institutionalising design processes, streamlining consultant coordination, and embedding sustainability, Anshu currently heads the design function at a leading real estate firm. She is a member of the Indian Institute of Architects and an IGBC Accredited Professional. With a leadership style rooted in empathy and clarity, Anshu mentors young professionals and remains passionate about shaping future-ready spaces inspired by culture, cities, and everyday life.
