About Ar. Tripat Girdhar
Tripat Girdhar is the visionary founder of Arete Design Studio, which was established in 2009. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar. Under his leadership, Arete Design Studio has become a prominent name in the fields of architecture, planning, and design. Known for its innovative approach, the studio specializes in residential, commercial, industrial, and group housing projects. Tripat Girdhar’s work captures the essence of modern India, blending contemporary aesthetics with functionality. His notable projects include Marbella Grand, Jubilee Vallum View, and Horizon Belmond. Tripat is a respected member of the architecture council and has a rich professional background, including associations with SD Sharma and Jaipuriya Group.
Ar. Tripat Girdhar has been heading Arete Design Studio. His inventive designs not only reinterpret India’s architectural roots and traditional acumen in a contextual vocabulary but also dwell Indian architecture on a world stage. The firm creates a versatile body of work ranging from architecture and interiors of residences and corporate offices to retail and hospitality spaces.
Ar. Tripat has been awarded the title of ‘CREDAI Destination Punjab 2019’ by the Hon’ble Minister of Housing & Urban Development, Punjab – Sukhwinder Singh Sarkaria, for the project Address Boulevard which will be the tallest building in Punjab. Chandigarh-based Girdhar studied Bachelor’s in architecture from Guru Nanak Dev University Amritsar.
