Zafar Choudhary is a Founding Partner at Habitat Architects, a multidisciplinary design practice working across residential, hospitality, commercial, and civic typologies internationally. His practice is grounded in planning discipline, material intelligence, and climate-responsive design, spanning private residences and estates to large-scale civic and hospitality projects. Zafar leads Habitat’s design vision within a four-principal leadership structure, working alongside Monika Choudhary (Founder, Strategy and BD), Sahir Choudhary (Technology Integrated Architecture), and Sarah Choudhary (Interior, Hospitality and Experience). His approach treats the facade not as surface, but as the resolved intersection of structure, climate, and craft.
