About Atul D. Pai Kane
Atul Pai Kane has a Diploma in Structural Engineeringand completed an Owner/ President Management Program from Harvard Business School. He founded Power Engineering India Pvt Ltd in 1989. He owns and runs the Pai Kane Group, having interests in Engineering and contract manufacturing with 5 plants in India and 1 in the United Kingdom, about 15 Engineering products. He leads the Pai Kane Group, engaged in manufacturing capital goods in the Power & Infrastructure Sector.
Awarded as ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’ in 2005 by the Goa Management Association. The award is presented to Young Entrepreneurs who have created world-class organisations. He was also awarded “Industrialist of the year” for Corporate Excellence 2012 and ‘Businessman of the year’ for Corporate Excellence 2019 by Business Goa. He had been the President of the Goa State Industries Association, Chairman of the CII Goa Council, Western region, Chairman of MSME Western region and Chairman of Indo-American Chamber of Commerce – Western India Council – Goa Desk.
Under his leadership, the Company has been awarded the Engineering Export Promotion Council award for Export Excellence as Star Performer – Electric Motors, Generators and Transformers, for nine years in a row.
