Sam A. Mohammad is the co-founder of 5D Projects, bringing over 20 years of expertise in facade design, digital construction processes, and sustainable building practices. He has worked across the Netherlands, the MENA region, and beyond.
His mission is to bridge the gap between design and execution through AI-driven BIM workflows, lean processes, and smart digital tools. Whether working on complex renovations or scalable new construction, he helps construction SMEs, contractors, and project teams operate smarter, more sustainably, and more profitably.
What sets him apart is his hands-on experience with BREEAM, LEED, and circular construction, alongside a strong focus on climate-adaptive design, energy transition, and future-proof solutions. He is also fluent in Dutch, English, Arabic, and Turkish, which enables him to foster multilingual collaboration, ensuring a strong connection between technology, vision, and execution.
