Suhel Kachwala is a visionary leader and the driving force behind the Fishfa Group, a prominent name in architectural glass and interior product processing. A Production Engineering graduate from Mumbai University with an MBA from Boston and a Master’s in Information Systems, Suhel joined the family business in 2003. Since its inception, he has been in charge of FG Glass, leveraging his technical and business expertise to build it into an efficient, world-class organisation.
Under his leadership, brands such as FG Glass, Future Glass, Finetec Glazing, and Asian Prelam have significantly strengthened their market positions. Suhel has been instrumental in the group’s transformation through technology-driven growth and global expansion. A strong advocate for automation, AI, and ESG-led practices, he continues to champion innovation and operational excellence across the group’s international operations.
Known for his strong personality, effective communication, and excellent PR skills, Suhel has fostered deep associations with key architects, consultants, builders, and fabricators.
