Achievement-driven, entrepreneurial, and growth-focused, I bring 39 years of leadership experience in the building materials, interiors, and furniture industry, having worked with global multinationals (Dutch, Swiss, German, Danish, Japanese) and leading Indian organisations.
Ajay Khurana’s last two assignments, spanning 24 years, I successfully launched and scaled MNC operations in India in the premium building materials/interiors/furniture industry.
At REHAU, I rose from Branch Manager to Chairman, Management Board (India & South Asia), growing the business exponentially and leading the Vision 2025 roadmap. At Formica, I led the India business as MD, driving growth in luxury laminates and surfacing solutions.
