About Ar. Mansi Dhanuka

An Architect and Environmental Building Designer with 8+ years of experience delivering high-performance, sustainable architecture across a diverse portfolio of global projects. My work spans offices, laboratories, pharmaceutical facilities, data centres, and warehouse environments-each designed with a deep commitment to environmental stewardship, user experience, and technical excellence.

Currently a Lead Architect at Jacobs, she specialises in climate-responsive design, architecture and building performance analytics. I’ve worked on over 30 projects across the U.S., Europe, and India, working through all phases-from feasibility to construction documentation-while ensuring compliance, functionality, and sustainability. I’m also well-versed in BIM environments, using digital workflows to enhance coordination, accuracy, and design integration across disciplines.

As a key contributor to Jacobs’ Global Integrated Delivery (GID) model, she bridges multidisciplinary teams across continents, streamlining workflows and aligning design outcomes with client goals. My leadership in this space ensures consistent quality and fosters innovation through collaboration.

In my role as a Strategy Champion, she helps drive alignment across global teams, promote design excellence, and embed long-term thinking into our project delivery. She works closely with leadership to identify opportunities for innovation, improve cross-functional coordination, and ensure our strategies reflect both client priorities and sustainable design values.

Beyond project work, she is passionate about advocacy, mentorship, and inclusive leadership. She founded www.designstri.com, a platform that celebrates womxn in design and amplifies their stories to inspire the next generation of creatives. She also serves on the Board of the Penn Weitzman Alumni Association and launched its India
Chapter in 2019 to strengthen regional alumni engagement.

At the heart of my work is a belief that thoughtful, inclusive, and sustainable design can shape healthier, more resilient communities-and that architecture is a powerful tool for positive change.
