Ltd. – operating under the brand HERCULES – to its expanding ecosystem, marking a strategic move towards strengthening its integrated architectural solutions portfolio. The development reflects Ozone’s continued focus on enhancing its capabilities within the glass and building products segment.
Modern Safety brings a decade of high-performance glass processing expertise, with strong roots across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and South India. A leading glass processing company based in Secunderabad and founded in 2015, it is backed by over 25 years of industry expertise from its founding team. Its product range – toughened, heat-strengthened, laminated, insulated, and ceramic fritted glass – serves façades, staircases, railings, lobbies, and interior partitions.
This is a natural addition to Ozone’s existing manufacturing ecosystem, built over 26+ years of expertise in architectural hardware and security solutions. With a diverse portfolio of over 6,000 products and a robust manufacturing backbone comprising six manufacturing units with a combined production area of more than 80,000 sq. mt. across Kala Amb and Ghiloth, Ozone has established itself as a trusted partner for architects, developers, and channel partners.
Together, this integration strengthens Ozone’s ability to deliver end-to-end glass and architectural solutions – spanning windows, railings, internal partitions, shower enclosures, and more – enabling seamless execution across projects.
