About Dr. Miguel A. Paya-Marin
Dr. Miguel A. Paya-Marin has over two decades of expertise in daylighting and smoke ventilation system design, developing tailored solutions and sustainable technologies for complex construction projects internationally. An architect with a PhD in Civil Engineering from Queen’s University Belfast (UK), he drives strategic innovation across infrastructure projects, combining technical expertise with a strong focus on performance and design. He is currently Divisional Head of Strategic Projects & Innovation at Kingspan Light + Air, where he oversees major projects across Europe and the Middle East.
