Innovators Façade Systems Limited has clinched a substantial new contract worth ₹57.63 crore from property developer Avante Spaces for façade works on a major mixed-use development in Pune, Maharashtra.
Under the agreement, the specialist façade engineering and installation firm will design, supply and install external building elements — including curtain walling, glazing and cladding — for the project’s commercial and residential structures. The order reflects continued investor confidence in the company’s niche expertise in building envelopes and exterior systems.
Shares in Innovators Façade Systems responded positively to the announcement, underscoring the growing demand for high-performance façades in India’s expanding urban infrastructure and real estate sector.
The Pune project award forms part of a broader series of contracts the company has been winning, reinforcing its reputation in delivering technically demanding façade solutions across commercial and mixed-use assets.
