About Alok Agarwal
Alok Aggarwal is the Managing Director at Ozone, a one-stop solution for end-to-end residential excellence. With over 26 years of experience, he is focused on expanding Ozone’s presence in domestic and international markets, strengthening the brand’s association with trust, innovation, and smart living.
He founded Ozone in 1999 to address the need for high-quality, reliable Indian-zade architectural hardware for furniture, doors, and glass applications. Drawing from his background in steel manufacturing and an MBA in finance, Alok has grown the company across India and key international markets, including the UAE and Australia.
Today, Ozone offers over 6,000 SKUs across B2C, B2B, and D2C segments. Alok continues to focus on improving product quality, customer service, and transparent after-sales support—areas often overlooked in the industry.
In recent years, he has spearheaded Ozone’s expansion into uPVC and Aluminium Doors & Windows and the setup of in-house glass processing units, further strengthening Ozone’s position as an integrated solutions provider. He has also led the establishment of advanced manufacturing facilities and Experience Centres, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to quality, transparency, and long-term performance.
