Gunjan J. Shah is the Managing Director of Urbaniq Studio. He is a LEED AP which facilitates him to participate actively in sustainability & green architecture. Over 30 years of experience in the field of Architecture covering various design and project management responsibilities, his career began with consultancy firms’ specialists in Hospitality projects for the chain of 5 star and 3-star hotels. For more than 20 years in the Gulf (2 years in Bahrain & 18 years in UAE), he worked as Design Manager/ Senior Architect responsible for turnkey consultancy services, for various projects such as shopping malls, luxurious residential towers, office towers, petrol filling stations, car showrooms, hospital, palaces, and private villas.
