As the Founder and Principal Architect of Jaipur-based design practice IDEAS, he spearheads a diverse portfolio of projects, including high-end residential, hospitality, commercial, healthcare, and mixed-use developments. Shekhawat’s educational background reflects his inimitable expertise in architecture, urban planning, and interior design. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Jawaharlal Nehru Engineering College and a Master of Planning (Urban) from the School of Planning and Architecture (SPA), Delhi. His professional endeavours encompass placemaking interventions, urban heritage conservation, and addressing the impact of commercialisation on historic areas.
