Kamal Bajaj, CEO of Profine India Window Technology Pvt. Ltd. and Business Head – Koemmerling Aluminium Systems (India), is a dynamic leader with over 20 years of versatile experience across FMCG, consumer durables, steel, infrastructure, and fenestration.
Starting his career as a procurement specialist, Kamal’s expertise has since expanded into sales, marketing, and cross-functional leadership. In his previous role as Chief Procurement Officer and Business Head – Aluminium, he was instrumental in establishing AluPure as a path-breaking brand in the aluminium window and door system market, both in India and abroad.
Today, as CEO, Kamal is focused on accelerating growth, deepening partner relationships, and driving innovation across the company’s uPVC and aluminium portfolio—leveraging the global legacy of the Koemmerling brand to set new benchmarks in the fenestration industry.
