Nick Beers MRICS AIFireE MIFSM is Founder and Technical Director of Beers Consultancy, an independent building and fire safety practice specialising in façade fire risk, external wall systems, and building safety compliance. A Chartered Building Surveyor, RICS EWS Assessor, and experienced PAS 9980 practitioner, he advises institutional investors, developers, freeholders, and managing agents on remediation strategy, safety cases, and complex building safety programmes. His work spans UK and international projects, with a focus on proportionate, evidence-based approaches to external wall risk.
