Rajwant Kumar is one of the founder members of Spectrum. He is one of the Directors and CEO for Spectrum Windows and Beyond. His main responsibility is operations, policy making, training, key account management, etc. He has a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering and has been a part of this industry since its inception in India. During the initial years of his career, he has worked with companies like Godrej interio, Fenesta. He entered into the business of window trading since 2008 and has been with Spectrum windows and Beyond founded in 2012-13.
