Faalcon Concepts Limited, a company specialising in architectural façade systems and glazing solutions, has been awarded a new contract valued at approximately ₹1.19 crore for glass, glazing and window installations at a site in Gurgaon’s SG City-II, Sector-37D.
The work order was received from Signatureglobal (India) Limited, a real estate developer involved in residential and mixed-use projects. Under the agreement, Faalcon Concepts will be responsible for supplying and installing glass and related façade elements at Building 37D in the SG City-II development. The contractual scope includes all aspects of glazing and window works required for the building’s exterior.
The project is expected to be delivered over a period of several months, with billing linked to performance milestones and material delivery, as is common for such contracts. The company has noted that neither it nor its promoters hold any financial interest in Signature Global, and the order does not constitute a related-party transaction.
This latest order adds to Faalcon’s expanding catalogue of construction and façade projects in the Gurgaon real estate market, where demand for high-quality glass and architectural installations continues to grow. Over recent years, the firm has actively increased its presence in major urban developments, securing contracts for a range of commercial and residential buildings.
