About Ar. Bobby Mukherji
Bobby Mukherji’s journey began in the arts, earning national recognition in fine art before choosing architecture as a path that united creativity with professional depth. Educated in Mumbai, his early exposure to real estate, hospitality, and theatre stagecraft shaped his sensitivity to space, atmosphere, and experience. He founded Bobby Mukherrji Architects while still in college and gained international exposure in the United States before returning to India, where winning the Aamby Valley City competition became a defining milestone.
Today, the practice operates across continents, including a studio in Milan dedicated to high-end design innovation, making Bobby Mukherji the first Indian architect to establish a design studio in Milan. Known for culturally responsive, lifestyle-driven architecture across hospitality, residential, and mixed-use sectors, Bobby Mukherrji Architects has received numerous national and international awards, reflecting its sustained excellence and global presence.
