Located in Mumbai, the tower rises 45 storeys within one of the city’s fastest-growing residential and commercial corridors. Positioned near the Western Express Highway and Goregaon Railway Station, the tower captures panoramic views of Aarey Colony to the east and the Arabian Sea to the west. Set on a substantial land parcel, the building emerges from a nine-level podium that elevates residences above the urban street condition, creating what can be described as a vertical oasis within a dense metropolitan fabric.
The design concept centred on crafting a contemporary landmark defined by fluid geometry and a strong skyline presence. The façade evolved from a conventional rectilinear scheme into a sculpted, parametric form with softened corners and flowing balcony profiles. Rather than treating the façade as surface decoration, it was developed as a performance-driven envelope. Parametric modelling allowed precise calibration of balcony depths, shading fins, and façade projections to respond to Mumbai’s tropical maritime climate. The curved geometry improves aerodynamics by deflecting wind loads, reducing turbulence at higher levels, and enhancing long-term façade durability.

Fenestration strategy plays a critical role in balancing light, ventilation, and heat control. Double-glazed units are recessed within deeper balcony edges to limit direct solar exposure while allowing ample daylight. Balcony overhangs and vertical fins act as passive shading devices, reducing glare and lowering cooling loads. The façade depth varies strategically across orientations to manage sun angles throughout the year, ensuring improved indoor comfort without compromising transparency.
Technically, the façade integrates aluminium cladding elements to achieve sculpted curves while maintaining structural efficiency. Aluminium panels provide weather resistance, recyclability, and precision for complex geometries, enabling sculpted transitions without excessive structural load. Vertical planting bands are integrated within podium terraces, contributing to microclimate moderation and softening the tower’s mass.
The nine-level podium anchors the tower visually and programmatically. Textured stone cladding and metal trims ground the base at a human scale. The rooftop terrace integrates photovoltaic panels alongside social and leisure decks, ensuring sustainability aligns with lifestyle programming.
The tower represents a synthesis of expressive form and pragmatic regulation. It complies with High-Rise Committee guidelines, incorporates refuge floors and advanced fire systems, and uses fungible FSI intelligently within its parametric envelope. The result is a future-ready residential tower that combines sculptural identity, environmental performance, and urban relevance within Mumbai’s evolving skyline.
