The powder application process is carried out by Gema Coating Systems (Switzerland), the world leader in powder coating equipment and also associated with well-known pioneers in the coating industry like Akzo Nobel, Jotun, PPG, Menphis (Italy) and PT chemicals (Germany).

IN-House Lab

Quality check and testing play a vital role to ensure that we are at the forefront of surface finishing technology and processes. Our quality assurance laboratory is equipped with the latest testing technologies, and is designed to carry out numerous tests in line with global standards. Innocoat runs over 10 tests in house to ensure all coated parts meet the industry standards.

Approved Applicators

Our plants are approved by world class powder and paint manufacturing companies like Akzo Nobel, Jotun and PPG. Our focus on surfacing finishing technology has kept us at the forefront of the coating industry.

Warranty

We issue warranty certificates in line with our principle powder suppliers, for period ranging from 10 to 30 years against fading, gloss retention, flaking, etc.
