French decorative insert door panels designer and market leader EURADIF unveiled many innovative products in the market. EURADIF has developed France’s extensive line of decorative panels for PVC and Aluminium main doors for the past 20 years.

EURADIF insert door panels for main doors which are easy to set up. During the production of a window, manufacturers use their own uPVC or Aluminum frame and insert the glazing which is held by a bead. To produce a door with a beaded panel, the double glazing needs to be replaced by the insert door panel.

Insert Door Panels for uPVC Doors

Insert door panels are available from 20 to 60 mm in thickness. Different types are available to suit the products of profile manufacturers in the market (DECEUNINCK, KÖMMERLING Windows, REHAU Polymer, VEKA, LESSO, etc.). The insert door panels are all adaptable with all profiles, regardless of the thickness.

Another advantage of insert door panels is that they could be simply re-cut with a circular saw. This will answer the demands of custom-made doors, whenever used for external use (entrance door) or internal (bathrooms, rooms etc.). While re-cutting, the blade needs to have as many teeth as possible and needs to be in the negative direction.

The product is available in many designs, from the more classical ones (moulded) to modern ones. Some of the models are decorated with flush metal pieces, for an even more modern design. The models with glasses are equipped with a double glazing composed of an anti-breakable laminated face. Extruded polystyrene foam is used for the filling of the insert door panels which allows a better sound insulation.

Aluminum Entrance Doors

EURADIF entrance doors in Aluminum tend to be aesthetic, effective and safe. Equipped with an aluminium door slab, the full thickness of an Aluminum door is 76 mm. The monobloc technology gives a bigger insulated surface of the slab, which significantly increases the thermal and acoustic performances of the door.

Available in a full range of RAL shades (lacquering certified QUALICOAT), and with the same designs as insert door panels, custom-made doors will perfectly meet the needs of construction projects, refurbishment and restoration projects.

Extruded polystyrene foam is used for the insulation of the single-panel door slab. As a result, thermal and acoustic comfort is ensured. The doors are M1 fire-resistant. All aluminium doors are equipped with a standard system of high-end security, such as a 5-point hook-lock, one-piece strike plate and two anti-unhinging bolt pieces in the upper and lower parts. 3D hinges offer an unequalled comfort of installation. The door slab is composed of a flat plate on the external face, and a bent plate on the internal face.

uPVC / Composite Entrance Doors

UPVC/Composite entrance doors by EURADIF tend to be aesthetic, effective and safe. The door frame is in uPVC and the door slab in Composite (2 composite claddings of 2.5 mm and insulation with polyurethane foam) is available in multiple shades. With the same designs as the insert door panels, these custom-made doors will perfectly meet the needs of construction projects, whether it is new construction, refurbishment or restoration projects. As in the case of Aluminium entrance doors, in this variety expanded polyurethane foam is used for the insulation of the door slab for thermal and acoustic comfort is ensured. The uPVC/Composite doors are equipped with a standard system of high-end security, such as a 5-point hook-lock, one-piece strike plate and 2 anti-unhinging bolt pieces in the upper and lower parts.
